One of the only Mach 1’s currently in existence was present for the GT500 Track Tour and it was cool to see in the flesh.  Hot color and aero/grip focused makeover for what Ford’s calling the highest-performance 5-liter Mustang, ever. The double chin spoiler (!) and round light block elements are eye-catching at first glance, as is the spoiler right from the GT500. When we last saw the Mach 1 moniker applied to a Mustang, it was back in 2004 and 2005 when the moniker was used on a limited production run of Mustang models. While that iteration featured a shaker hood, not much else was done with performance. Ford engineers opted to remedy that for 2021 with the limited edition Mach 1.
