The 2024 Toyota Sienna is still a strong minivan offering for families looking for an all-out family hauler. While its future is cloudy thanks to the introduction of the 2023 Toyota Grand Highlander, the company is still adding some updates to the van for 2024 to help keep things fresh, including adding a new Premium Package for the XSE variant.
Sienna XSE Premium Is The Van For Fun
A prominent change for 2024 is the addition of a new Premium package for the XSE model to the Sienna lineup. While this model doesn’t get any radical upgrades to the engine, hybrid components, or brakes (those items are carried over from other Sienna models), Toyota engineers gave the XSE a tweaked suspension, which aims to help improve cornering when the van throws through the twisties. It also gets a slightly reworked bumper with blacked-out grille accents and a lightly tweaked rear bumper.
The newly available Premium Package for the XSE adds some optional extras from the Sienna Limited and Platinum models, including heated and ventilated leather seats, a 7.0-inch infotainment screen, power tilt, and telescoping wheel, as well as blind-spot monitoring. The orange contrast stitching applied to the seats and the steering wheel is a visual way to spot this particular package. Other than adding this particular package, the rest of the updates here focus mainly on the aesthetics, with the base LE and XLE trims getting darker headlights while the Woodlands model and the XSE add darkened wheels. The 25th Anniversary model was a one-year-only exercise, and it will be departing the lineup for the 2024 model year.
Value Quotient
Toyota has also made some changes to the pricing ladder for 2024, and we have included the modified pricing ladder, which can be seen below. It’s important to note that the LE and the XLE are the only two trims with 8-seats, with every other model getting 7-seats only.

- XLE FWD: $43,890
- XLE AWD: $45,890
