The Bentley Bentayga has done a good job solidifying its reputation as Bentley’s new flagship model. The SUV is an enviable mixture of luxury, performance, and style, but Bentley is now cramming even more luxury into the SUV with the all-new 2024 Bentley Bentayga EWB Mulliner.
Bentayga EWB Brings Luxury In The Front, Party In The Back
As the name implies, the Mulliner model was developed alongside the Mulliner in-house division and comes with several touches that make it stand out from other Bentayga models. They include 22-inch wheels, a double-diamond front grille with chromed lower pieces, and Mulliner badging. The model can also be equipped with an optional appearance package called the Mulliner Blackline Specification suite which replaces most of the bright chrome pieces with gloss black accents and slightly smaller 21-inch gloss black wheels. Performance comes from the familiar 542-horsepower, twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter, V-8 that’s mated to an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive.
However, Bentley prefers that you focus your attention on what lurks underneath the skin and the performance hardware, with the interior being the focal point of this variant. Slip inside the EWB, and you’ll relish the comfort that’s provided by the Bentley Airline Seats, which are standard here on the Mulliner. The seats offer 22-way adjustment, and they even come with a relax mode that allows full recline while a bespoke climate system has the ability to sense when the passenger is getting too hot or cold and adjust the temperature accordingly.
In addition to the rear seating, Mulliner also adds diamond-quilted leather upholstery, wool floor mats, wood veneers, and a three-dimensional diamond finish on the center console. Like other Bentley flagship models, there’s room for a large bottle of champagne and two champagne flutes.
When Can I Buy One?
Bentley hasn’t released pricing or a formal timetable for when the Bentayga EWB Mulliner will begin making its way to dealerships but look for the model to command a sizable premium over the standard model, especially when you consider some of the exotic luxury items that will be standard here on this model. This model will also help bring the Bentayga closer to its key rival the Rolls Royce Cullinan which has always been a step ahead of the big Bentley due to its superior interior quality and some of its technology.
