As you know from the giddy 200C review just published, the Chrysler 200 V6 is a must-drive vehicle for all mid-size sedan shoppers. It is fast, premium and tech-savvy like no other sedan in its price range, with base modes from $21,000 up to the V6 base price in the $28,000 ballpark.
But one of the gripes we had is that the 200C looks very, very similar to the base models — even as a loaded V6 with AWD and the 19-inch wheels.
Chrysler has an answer for folks who want an ultra-modern and chic aesthetic on their 200: the S model. Base priced from just above $25,000 with a standard four-cylinder (but optional V6), the 200S is the perfect style shift. Gloss-black replaces chrome throughout the exterior, while dark headlamp internals and dark alloy wheels complete the makeover outside.
Inside, a new Ambassador blue leather was just added to the 200S, with Mocha joining the 200C range. The seats in the 200S are far more sculpted and bolstered, with SRT-levels of firmness for the sporty driving of the V6 200.
A final way to make your 200S exclusive from all other 200’s? Ceramic Blue is only offered on the 200S. This dark blue/grey color looks mighty sexy with white LEDs lit bright around those gloss-black honeycomb grilles!
